Guests booking ski-school will be collected from the hotel and after instruction will be brought back again.
 The Austrian / international hotel contractual conditions are valid. A deposit of € 300,- per apartment by transfer is required. By cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival date, the deposit is not refundable, from 6-2 weeks before the arrival date there is a cancellation fee of 50% and from 2 weeks before arrival date 85%. The deposit will always be kept for a cancellation. Travel cancellation insurance can be booked through your insurance representative. Local court: Zell am See. All prices are per apartment, per day in Euros. Local tourist tax is not included. By an unexpected, ealier departure the complete price of the apartment will be charged.
