Deposit of 30 % of the full price per apartment, via bank transfer. In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival: 30 % of the cost, 6-2 weeks before arrival: 50 % and 2 weeks prior to arrival: 85 %. The 30 % deposit will always be retained in the event of cancellation. You can take out travel cancellation insurance with your insurance provider. Court of jurisdiction: Zell am See. All prices are per apartment and day, in Euro. Excludes tourist taxes. In the event of early departure the full apartment price will be charged.

Inclusive Services for Children

From May 1st to December 23rd, we offer a weekly changing children's program.
Each week includes a new creative program, such as building a balance board, making insect hotels, plotting, creating hay figures, and much more.

• 3 times a week horse afternoons including grooming, making treats, washing, riding, etc.
• 1 time a week mountain breakfast at Ossmann Alm
• 1 time a week alpaca walk
• 1 time a week milking cows on our Alm
• 1 time a week pizza evening
• 1 time a week stick horse tournament
• 1 time a week treasure hunt
• 1 time a week a different kind of memory game
• 1 time a week making fresh cheese and baking fresh farmer's bread
• 1 time a week family olympics
• 1 time a week escape room and puzzle rallies
• 1 time a week - designing our own longboard or skateboard
• Additional equipment: hoverboard, play ball, air track mat, dual speed soccer rebounder, and more.
